ABOUT THE TEAM/ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you organized, curious, and motivated by helping things run efficiently behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Purchasing Assistant to support our daily purchasing activities across IT, office services, and materials used in our production.
You’ll work closely with our local Purchasing Manager and collaborate closelly with colleagues across the local organization to help ensure orders, deliveries, and supplier information are handled smoothly and efficiently. As part of a global company, international collaboration is also increasing day-by-day, and this role offers a great opportunity to learn, grow, and gain broad exposure within procurement and operations globally.
You’ll become part of a collaborative environment where communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
Location: our modern and light office is located at Telefonplan in Stockholm
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Creating and following up on purchase orders in Dynamics365
Communicating with suppliers regarding deliveries, confirmations, and order updates

REQUIREMENTS / WHO ARE YOU?
Maybe you’re at the beginning of your career and looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and build a strong foundation for the future. We believe you are someone who enjoys structure, takes responsibility, and likes getting things done.
You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop professionally. You don’t need to know everything from day one - what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ambition to grow together with the team. We also see that you have:
1–3 years of experience within purchasing, administration, supply chain, or a similar role, or...
...a relevant degree from university or college (Yrkeshögskola).
Comfortable working in different systems and computer-based tools; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken
It’s a plus if you also have:
Experience working in Dynamics365
Experience from manufacturing or production environments
Basic understanding of imports, logistics, or supplier management
BENEFITS OF JOINING NEXUS / IN GROUPE
We offer a flexible way of working, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to shape both technology and teams in a growing organization. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues across different regions, with plenty of room to influence how we move forward.
