The facility is one of Norway's largest marine centers, with 9,000 m² of indoor storage, 35 decares of outdoor storage, service and workshop services, fiberglass work, seasonal preparation, and a parts shop. We are co-located with Andvik Propellers and Seilbåtsenteret.
We are now looking to strengthen our team with a fiberglass technician who can help ensure high quality in repairs, finishing, and delivery
We are looking for a practical and quality-conscious plastic worker who is particularly skilled in finishing work. We are seeking someone with an eye for detail, who works accurately and preferably has experience with painting, surface treatment or other work where the final result is crucial.

- Filling, sanding and fitting to achieve smooth and attractive surfaces
- Finishing work and quality control to ensure an excellent final result
- Preparing surfaces for painting and post-treatment
- Painting or assisting with painting work, depending on experience and expertise
- Assembling and disassembling parts and equipment when needed
- Contributing to order, structure and good maintenance of the workshop and work areas
We are especially looking for someone who
- has experience with finishing work, surface treatment or painting
- is precise and detail-oriented
- understands how important the final finish is for the customer experience
- has practical skills and enjoys working with their hands
- enjoys delivering quality - every time
Desired qualifications
- Experience with plastic work, fiberglass repair, composite work or auto body repair
- Experience with painting, filling, sanding or other surface work
- A background from boats, shipyards, bodywork, repair work or similar skilled trades is desirable
- A category B driving licence is an advantage
- You must be able to work independently, but also work well with others
Personal qualities
- You are quality-conscious and notice details others overlook
- You are structured, reliable and committed to agreements and deadlines
- You are willing to learn and contribute positively to the work environment
- You enjoy physical work and varied tasks
We offer
- A varied working day in a solid maritime professional environment
- Exciting tasks related to boats, service and workshop work
- A good working environment with skilled colleagues
- Opportunities for professional development
- We can assist in finding accommodation, but housing costs are not covered
- The position is a temporary role for six months, with the possibility of permanent employment
We only hire candidates who hold the right to work in Norway and Europe.
