About the Role
You will play a key role in shaping and developing a modern client management environment with a strong focus on Intune, Windows, and secure workplace services. In this role, you will help create a stable, scalable, and well-governed setup for computers and mobile devices while continuously evaluating how new platform capabilities can improve the user environment.
You will work across both daily operations and long-term development. That means combining hands-on support and troubleshooting with planning, design, and continuous improvement of device management, application deployment, and policy implementation. You will collaborate closely with end users and other IT teams to understand needs, solve problems, and strengthen the overall client platform. Job DescriptionYou will deliver, manage, and further develop the Intune environment and related client management services.
You will package and deploy applications, updates, and operating systems to client devices.
You will monitor, handle, and follow up on support cases related to client installations, workstations, and other IT equipment.
You will troubleshoot and resolve issues connected to client management, devices, and workplace services.
You will develop and implement policies and procedures that strengthen security and integrity in the client environment.
You will contribute to planning, designing, and delivering the future Windows workplace.
You will collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration, support, and service delivery.
You will create and improve management standards, management plans, and operational procedures.
You will assess new features and capabilities to identify improvements that can benefit the environment.
You will support and educate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line teams in advanced troubleshooting within the Intune area.
You will work with interfaces connected to change management, problem management, and release management.
RequirementsAbility to work with Microsoft Azure services with a focus on Intune.
Good knowledge of managing mobile devices and computers in Intune.
Good knowledge of working with multiple tenants.
Good knowledge of migration from SCCM or Jamf to Intune.
Good knowledge of application management.
Solid experience supporting commonly used software such as MS Office Suite.
Experience supporting IT client hardware and peripherals.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of agile ways of working and ITIL.
Experience using tools such as Jira and Azure Boards.
You are structured and comfortable producing clear documentation.
You have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
