Assignment Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager / Account Coordinator
What You Will Work On
Coordinate operational processes across multiple teams and stakeholders
Support stable operations, quality assurance, and compliance activities
Manage manual review processes for complex operational cases
Handle exception management and escalation workflows
Coordinate ownership and responsibilities across cross-functional teams
Support appeals processes and follow-up of operational decisions
Ensure required human involvement in blocking and rejection decisions
Work with AI-supported operational processes and governance flows
Improve operational efficiency, scalability, and process quality
Contribute to structured process management and operational clarity
Collaborate with technical, operational, legal, and business stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of platform operations and governance models
What You Bring
Experience working with operational coordination and process management in complex organizations
Strong experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to manage sensitive or complex operational decisions in a structured manner
Experience creating clarity, ownership, and accountability within environments with many dependencies
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to balance collaboration with independent responsibility
Understanding of AI-automated operational processes and where human review remains necessary
Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working approach
Ability to operate effectively within dynamic and evolving environments
