Ophthalmologist in a Unique Archipelago Environment

We are currently seeking a Specialist in Ophthalmology with a few years of experience to join a unique archipelago environment, where you will have the opportunity to work clinically with a primary focus on outpatient care.
We are looking for someone who:
Is a certified Specialist in Ophthalmology.
Has broad experience with both adult and pediatric patients.
Is able to work independently in a broad role that includes outpatient consultations, minor surgical procedures, management of diabetes-related eye conditions, and injections.
Enjoys working independently and taking significant responsibility, while also having strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with colleagues.
Requirements
EU-recognized specialist certification in Ophthalmology.
Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience.
Broad independent clinical competence, including pediatric ophthalmology.
Experience with routine and advanced ophthalmological diagnostics and procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn Swedish.
