About the Role
You will help keep everyday IT services running smoothly in a global industrial environment where reliable workplace technology is essential for users both on site and remotely. This is a broad, hands-on support role where you work close to the business and solve issues that have an immediate impact on daily operations. You will support everything from incident handling and device refreshes to troubleshooting local IT equipment and helping roll out global initiatives at site level. You will also work closely with other IT teams and contribute ideas that improve the local IT setup over time. Job DescriptionYou will handle incidents, requests, and operational tasks in line with defined processes and service levels.
You will provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues across workplace IT services.
You will reinstall, refresh, deliver, and install IT equipment and requested IT functionality for users on local and remote sites.
You will ensure stable IT operations on site by troubleshooting Microsoft and Apple products, client applications, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment.
You will participate in projects and support the local implementation of global IT initiatives.
You will collaborate with other IT teams to investigate and resolve more complex technical issues.
You will document technical solutions, equipment, and working methods clearly and accurately.
You will contribute ideas that improve the IT situation on site and support a better user experience.
You will work in an active on-site environment that includes moving around freely, handling light equipment, and occasionally using ladders.
RequirementsMin 2-3 years of hands-on support for IT Services.
Strong knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with Microsoft and Apple products, client applications, mobile platforms including iOS and Android, and printer and network equipment.
Experience of reading, understanding, and following technical documentation, routines, and processes.
Fluent English and Swedish, spoken and written.
Ability to work in an active support role that involves handling light equipment and moving around on site.
Nice to haveBasic knowledge about factory equipment and factory-specific systems, or equivalent.
Experience in project management and vendor management.
