Your role

We are seeking a Head of Digital Solutions and Analytics - a role where you can combine leadership, technology, and business development.
As the Head of Digital Solutions and Analytics, you will have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, delivery, and development. You will lead a specialist team and create conditions for delivery precision, efficiency, quality, and long-term development.
The Digital Solutions and Analytics organisation include about twenty logistics and operations analysts who mainly work in the field of aviation. The team supports every phase of an aircraft's life cycle - from early concept and development to delivery, operation, and decommissioning. Key methods include optimization, simulation, forecasting, and lifecycle cost analysis. The organisation has strong expertise in analyzing maintenance solutions for Saab's products in order to improve availability, reduce costs, and meet customer needs.
In this role, the responsibility is to ensure competence development and effective processes across several projects - from the initial concept stage to final decommissioning. There is also a strong ambition to expand into Big Data, AI, and Machine Learning to strengthen capabilities and develop new products.
As several aircraft systems move into the operational phase, the workload increases, especially in improving technology and logistics flows.
Additionally you will:
Lead and develop employees and build a strong team
Set goals and follow up on results
Drive the development of work methods, processes and tools
Ensure quality and delivery in projects and commitments
Be responsible for resource planning, budget and work environment
Contribute to the strategic development of the business


Your Profile


We are looking for a confident leader with strong analytical skills with interest in technology and development. You are communicative, structured, and thrive in a role where you can combine strategy and operational work.
We prefer that you have:
Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility
A technical or analytical background
Experience or understanding of complex maintenance systems
Experience in project operations
Understanding of data-driven work methods, preferably within AI or Machine Learning
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
