About the role
For our Program Support Management Team, we are looking for a passionate and driven Team Manager to lead our Technical Expertise Support team.
As Team Manager, you report directly to the Group Head of Program Support and play a key role in developing both people and ways of working. You are responsible for leading a team of 5–10 Support Professionals, ensuring high performance, strong engagement, and an excellent customer experience.
Your key responsibilities include:
Line management of the team, including performance management, coaching, and continuous feedback
Supporting and developing team members through training and professional growth
Handling and coordinating escalations for high‑priority tickets
Ensuring policies, processes, and quality standards are followed
Creating a positive, inclusive, collaborative, and motivating team environment
Safeguarding and continuously improving our high service standards
The Technical Expertise Support team is an international team with members based in Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands. This means you are comfortable leading a remote, international team and are willing to travel from time to time to meet and support your team in the different countries.
Within Bjorn Lunden, the Technical Expertise Support team provides advanced support to all other teams within Program Support. Our Support Professionals bring strong technical expertise in database management (SQL), APIs, and administration, combined with in‑depth knowledge of our full product portfolio to resolve more complex issues.
About you
We are looking for a Team Manager with previous experience leading teams and a strong interest in supporting people in their development and day‑to‑day work.
You have a technical background related to database management, which enables you to understand and support the work of your team. A curiosity about how AI applications can improve support, efficiency, and the customer experience is a strong advantage.
You bring new perspectives and ideas and enjoy contributing to development together with the Group Head of Program Support and fellow team managers. You are comfortable leading change, identifying efficient ways of working, and balancing process optimization with a continued focus on customer excellence. You enjoy bringing people together, building a strong sense of “we”, and fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing - also in a remote and international team setup.
Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you value working closely with others to achieve shared goals. Quality and accuracy are self‑evident to you, and you take ownership of your work while supporting your team’s continued development.
You are fluent in English, and in Swedish and/or Dutch.
