You will help build and evolve scalable microservices in a modern engineering environment where quality, speed, and long-term maintainability all matter. Job DescriptionYou will design, build, and maintain scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices.
You will lead end-to-end delivery across development, testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
You will collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to drive technical decisions and resolve risks.
You will take ownership of complex services or domains with minimal guidance.
You will mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
You will make pragmatic architectural decisions that balance speed, quality, scalability, and business impact.
Requirements6–9+ years’ hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
Solid background in microservices and cloud-native architecture.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD or continuous deployment.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or Cosmos DB.
Good understanding of testing strategy, TDD, integration testing, and performance testing.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technically complex areas.
