We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer join a newly formed digital product team at our headquarters in Gothenburg.
In this role, you will collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, and product teams to turn insights into real‑world impact, faster and smarter. Our aim is to establish a full new team of 10 dedicated colleagues, all committed to build a strong team and deliver the extraordinary in our aim to innovate and build the next generation digital health solutions. We believe we do this in close day-to-day collaboration in the headquarters of Mölnlycke, situated in GoCo, Mölndal/Gothenburg.
Where you’ll make a difference
This role is created to ensure our customer-facing digital products can be delivered fast and securely as our teams scale. The role combines DevOps ownership of CI/CD and deployment automation with strong application-level security practices. Rather than acting as a governance or control function, you’ll work hands-on with developers and platform teams—building the secure pipelines that allow products to move safely from code to production.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines for customer-facing digital products
Embed security controls directly into development and delivery workflows, enabling teams to ship with confidence
Define and implement practical security guardrails and shared delivery patterns across teams
Collaborate closely with frontend, backend, and platform engineers to improve developer experience
Support teams during tooling transitions and adoption of shared platforms (e.g. GitHub)
Troubleshoot and improve build, deployment, and runtime processes to ensure reliable releases
Contribute hands-on where needed—this is a builder role, not a governance position
Participate in onsite collaboration and team rituals (approximately 3 days per week in Gothenburg)

What you bring
Must-haves
Background as a software developer, DevOps, or platform engineer
Hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
Practical experience embedding security into development and delivery workflows
Strong ability to implement solutions—not just define standards
Experience collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines
A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with focus on enabling speed securely
Nice-to-haves
Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions
Infrastructure as Code experience (Pulumi preferred, Terraform welcomed)
Familiarity with cloud-native environments and modern deployment patterns
Experience defining security principles or guardrails for product teams
Background from complex or regulated environments such as healthcare
Interest in improving developer experience and delivery flow
