Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced IAM Solution Architect to lead and align identity and access management architecture across a complex system-of-systems landscape.
What You Will Work On
Lead and evolve IAM solution architecture across complex enterprise environments
Define and maintain IAM reference architectures and capability models
Support scalable and standardized identity and access management solutions
Drive architectural alignment across teams, systems, and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Translate security standards and frameworks into practical architectural guidelines
Support initiatives related to Zero Trust and identity-centric security models
Facilitate architecture discussions, governance forums, and design reviews
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, platform, and compliance teams
Promote reuse, standardization, and shared architectural capabilities
Support architectural runway and long-term technology strategy within SAFe environments
Align business objectives, regulatory requirements, and security goals
Support technical decision-making and stakeholder alignment across organizations
What You Bring
Proven experience working as a Solution Architect
Strong experience within IAM and identity-centric security architecture
Experience working in large-scale and distributed enterprise environments
Familiarity with SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks
Good understanding of security standards such as ISO, NIST, and OWASP
Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment capabilities
Ability to combine strategic architectural thinking with pragmatic delivery execution
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience driving architecture governance and design alignment
Understanding of Zero Trust principles and modern security architectures
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and domains
