Your New Role
Our client creates worlds explored by millions of players every day. Now, they’re looking for a new player to join their People team, someone who can navigate hiring quests, vendor alliances, and recruitment boss battles without losing XP in candidate experience.
This is not your standard recruiting role where you simply “fill positions.” Here, you’ll act as a strategic partner close to the business, helping teams find the right people, whether they join as full-time employees or through external vendors and partners.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work closely with hiring managers across tech, creative, and production teams, leading recruitment processes from start to finish for both permanent hires and external vendors/consultants.
You’ll own everything from role scoping, sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management to offers, coordination, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process. You’ll also collaborate with external partners and support ongoing improvements to hiring processes, interview practices, and ways of working.
Company Presentation
Our client is a Swedish computer game company headquartered in Stockholm, known for creating several games loved by millions of players worldwide. With an international team and English as the corporate language, new ideas are turned into immersive and imaginative gaming experiences every day. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to combine creativity, technical skill, and a passion for games to craft experiences that players will remember for years.
