Your New Role
We are looking for a structured and proactive Operations Coordinator to support a strategic developer platform initiative within a large international tech-driven organization. In this role, you will take ownership of several operational processes that are critical to maintaining platform quality, compliance, and scalability as the platform continues to expand to a broader developer audience.
You will coordinate and manage the manual review process for complex applications and exemption cases where AI-based automation is not sufficient for decision-making. Since certain approval and rejection decisions require human oversight for legal and compliance reasons, you will play a key role in ensuring that reviews are handled consistently, efficiently, and with high quality.
The role also includes coordinating mission ownership across multiple teams to ensure clarity and avoid operational gaps, managing appeals processes, and escalating enforcement-related decisions when needed. You will work cross-functionally with product managers, engineering managers, operations stakeholders, and partner teams in an international environment.
This is a hands-on coordination role suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, driving alignment between stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-moving organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience working with operational coordination, compliance processes, case handling, or similar administrative workflows
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating across multiple teams and functions
Ability to handle complex cases with attention to detail, structure, and sound judgment
Experience working in fast-paced and international environments
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
