Job Description: Job Summary
Processing Liquid Food Solutions is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions and branded processing units for the processing of liquid foods within dairy, beverage, prepared food, and plant based. We work closely with our market operations and customers to understand their true needs. To secure that we, create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. Processing Liquid Food Solutions has approx. 350 employees in five main sites: Sweden, China, USA, India, Mexico and Singapore.
Tetra Pak Processing Solutions & Equipment offers and supply high quality processing solutions for liquid food to the global market. We are experts on food technology and processing solutions all the way from intake of raw material, pre-treatment, mixing, blending, heat treatment techniques and buffering of the ready product.
For the Projects & Engineering team in Sweden within Processing Liquid Food Solutions we are looking for an Order Project Leader. You will be the link between the market and engineering/production, and you are thereby a driving force in the implementation of our orders.
The position is permanent and based in Lund, Sweden and will include some travelling.
What you will do
As Order Project Leader you will have responsibility for the planning and overall governing of orders from order intake until complete delivery. This means that you will plan resources, cost control and make sure that the correct scope of supply is delivered at the committed delivery time. You will have several orders to manage simultaneously in different stages and sizes.
You will focus on
Leading and driving the customer order and securing that the agreed scope is delivered in time, at cost and in full.
Communicating with Tetra Pak global stakeholders in the Market.
Leading and coordinating multiple teams to deliver according to plan.
Securing the financial result and analyzing it.
Driving internal improvement activities.
We believe you have
At least 5 years working experience as project manager.
Experience from leading projects as well as work with financial planning and follow-up are a must.
University degree in Engineering or similar
Experience from similar positions, production planning, order planning and SAP R/3 are seen as valuable merits.
Excellent communication skills and a high proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in multitasking, results-driven work, and delivering clear assignments in fast-paced situations.
Well-developed technical understanding is a plus.
