Who You Are?
You are a curious, driven, and responsible individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. You have strong business understanding and easily see the big picture, connections, and structure within complex information. You navigate effortlessly between business and IT, translating needs into clear strategic choices and actionable deliveries.
As a person, you are communicative, pedagogical, and able to build trust. You build relationships, create alignment, and take initiative—both independently and in collaboration with others. You are proactive, solution‑oriented, and comfortable with change, with the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and drive them to completion.

Prioritize well and manage change with focus on quality and results.
Are engaged, curious, and a fast learner.
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
Experience in Business Architecture or process/information modelling is an advantage, but your drive and ability to deliver value quickly are equally important.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds—your unique experiences and perspectives are valuable to us.
