Assignment Description
We are looking for a Test / Support Engineer with strong focus on observability, monitoring, and incident management within an automotive software environment.
What You Will Work On
Own and improve monitoring dashboards, alerts, and observability solutions
Drive improvements in logging, alerting, and monitoring from an end-user perspective
Perform initial incident investigations using monitoring and system data
Support major incident handling and coordinate issue resolution activities
Collaborate closely with development teams to improve system reliability and stability
Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor business-critical services and operational environments
Use observability tools to support troubleshooting and operational decision-making
Participate in scheduled 24/7 on-call support rotations
Support operational excellence and proactive incident prevention activities
What You Bring
Experience working with monitoring or observability for software services
Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools such as Grafana or Prometheus
Strong interest in IT systems, troubleshooting, and operational support
Ability to use dashboards and monitoring tools during incident investigations
Experience supporting business-critical systems or operational environments
Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders
Availability to participate in scheduled 24/7 on-call support rotations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, especially during incidents and escalations
