About the job
The Digital Investigation Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Alfa Laval Group in Digital Investigation/Security related activities.
You will assist the organization with digital investigation competence and tools, support managers in conducting internal investigations, in accordance with policies and procedures. Provide both knowledge and access to information from different digital Alfa Laval sources both structured, semi-structured and unstructured.
Together we will build the capability Alfa Laval need to detect non-compliance to the business principals, policies and other regulations, and to protect Alfa Laval's brand and assets.
Key responsibilities:
What You will Do
Develop and maintain digital forensics tools and methods
Act as a bridge between Risk & Compliance and Information Security
Acquire and analyze evidence from endpoints, email, cloud, and mobile devices
Prepare clear reports and visual timelines for case teams
Ensure strict evidence handling and support cross-border investigations
Occasionally travel for meetings or onsite data collection
What you know
2-5 years' experience in digital forensics, eDiscovery, or security investigations
Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS artifacts, email/collaboration evidence, and identity/access concepts
Skilled with forensic tools and Microsoft investigation sources
Bonus if you have:
Experience with fraud or compliance investigations, Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, scripting skills, or relevant certifications

Effective under pressure and tight deadlines
Objective and impartial in analyzing evidence
Clear and accurate report writing
Able to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences
