We are now looking for Business Analyst to join our Digital Channels

How you’ll make a difference with us
As a Business Analyst within Digital Channels, you will play a key role in shaping seamless and customer‑centric digital experiences across Telenor.se and our Progressive Web App (Web, iOS, Android). You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that our digital journeys are intuitive, reliable, and continuously improving.
Your main responsibilities include:

Driving requirement modelling and refinement within agile squads


Translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria


Supporting both discovery and delivery, ensuring smooth handover to development


Acting as a requirement lead in cross-functional initiatives


Driving improvements in purchase flows and logged-in/MyPages/app experiences


Analysing customer behaviour, funnel data, and feedback to optimise conversion and self‑service


Contributing to the continued evolution of our Progressive Web App across platforms


You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, Scrum Masters, UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders. Your work directly impacts how millions of customers interact with Telenor - making their digital experience smoother, safer, and more worry-free.

Must-have requirements

Experience working with requirements in software development contexts


Experience from agile product teams (Scrum/Kanban)


Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements


Experience working with digital channels (web or app), preferably within e‑commerce or self‑service


Preferred experience

Experience within telecom or subscription-based services


Understanding of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and mobile UX


Knowledge of tracking, funnel optimisation, or A/B testing


Experience with accessibility standards or CMS tools (e.g. Contentful)
