Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Change Management & Culture Development Lead
What You Will Work On
Develop, plan, and execute change management strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead organizational transformation initiatives focusing on people, leadership, and culture
Analyze change impacts on individuals, processes, and organizational culture
Define and anchor desired values, behaviors, and organizational mindsets
Support leaders in driving engagement, managing resistance, and acting as change role models
Facilitate workshops, dialogues, and readiness activities supporting transformation initiatives
Develop audience-adapted communication, training, and enablement materials
Establish and follow up KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and behavioral change
Support both strategic transformation programs and operational change initiatives
Collaborate across all organizational levels from executive leadership to operational teams
What You Bring
Documented and extensive experience in change management and organizational/cultural transformation
Strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and group dynamics
Experience working across all organizational levels, from executive leadership to operational teams
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to adapt communication and messaging to different target audiences
High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building capabilities
Structured, analytical, and goal-oriented working style
Ability to thrive in environments characterized by complexity, uncertainty, and continuous change
Fluent Swedish and English language skills
