About the Role
You will take a central role in group financial planning and analysis in an industrial environment with broad cross-functional and international interfaces. The focus is on turning actuals, forecasts, budgets, and business plans into clear insight that supports better decisions across the business.
You will work closely with the CFO, group management, controlling, operations, investor relations, and corporate finance. The role combines leadership, analysis, process development, and stakeholder management, giving you real influence over how financial performance is followed up and communicated. It is a strong opportunity if you enjoy shaping both the numbers and the way the business understands them.
Job DescriptionYou will lead reporting for actuals and the planning process for forecast, budget, and business plan.
You will consolidate analysis and present the group income statement for actuals as well as short-, mid- and long-term planning.
You will set requirements for the development of Qlik and BI reports and the planning system.
You will work closely with controlling and operations to improve financial follow-up and planning processes.
You will manage the Group Financial Analysts team and secure high-quality deliveries.
You will drive the development of profit and cost analysis to strengthen business understanding and decision support.
You will support the CFO and group management with analysis related to actuals and planning.
You will support investor relations, corporate finance, and treasury with material and financial insight for external stakeholders.
You will provide ad hoc reporting and analysis and stay current on factors that impact business decisions, including value chains, legal structures, capacity, sourcing, and funding.
Requirements6+ years experience in financial planning and industrial sectors.
Managerial and leadership experience.
Strong business acumen.
Ability to interpret and communicate financial information in a clear and concise way to different stakeholders, including non-finance.
Good skills in Excel and business analytics tools.
Ability to plan and coordinate work independently as well as jointly in diversified teams.
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to handle ad hoc requests.
An analytical, structured, flexible, proactive, and communicative way of working.
A pragmatic mindset and the ability to work well across cultural differences and different ways of working.
A collaborative approach and belief in a non-hierarchical culture built on transparency and trust.
