The opportunity
Are you looking for a role where technical expertise meets customer interaction and international collaboration?
We are now looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization operating in a truly international environment.
In this role, you will be deeply involved in technically driven pre-sales activities, supporting customers and sales teams with state-of-the-art MicroSCADA X and Substation Automation solutions. You will be part of a technically oriented organization that values knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous personal development, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders around the world.
We´re looking for a person that´s aiming for a long-term commitment and continuous growth and development in this role together with the organization.
The position is based in Västerås, Sweden.
How you’ll make an impact
Provide technical support for MicroSCADA X and Substation Automation software solutions and products to sales teams during the early stages of the sales process
Influence customer specifications prior to RFQs and drive activities such as customer acceptance and solution design to address customer needs
Create demand through technical promotion, solution positioning and value-based selling
Contribute to exhibitions, technical demonstrations and creation of engaging webinars
Work closely with global, regional and local counterparts to ensure continuous technical enablement on the latest products and solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring high satisfaction through technical support, training and solution guidance
Liaise with Product Management and R&D to align product roadmaps with market and customer needs
Act in accordance with company policies, procedures and business ethics at all times
Your background
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering, preferably within electrical, power or communications engineering
3–5 years of experience in Substation Automation and/or SCADA for transmission or distribution networks
Extra value if you have hands-on experience with IEDs, IEC 61850 and station-level integration
Strong communication skills with customer-facing experience and a positive, value-driven business mindset
Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage
Willingness and ability to travel several times per year
