We are on the lookout for our next Payroll Manager!
 
In this role, you will lead the Payroll team at Stena Line, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations aligned with our people strategy. You will play a key role in driving continuous development, shaping an efficient and highly digitised payroll operation that delivers a seamless experience for our internal customers.
 
Some of your responsibilities:
Lead, develop and engage the payroll team
Drive development of streamlined and automated payroll and administration processes
Safeguard a correct end-to-end payroll process on monthly and yearly basis
Manage payroll controls, audits and reconciliations
Responsible for expenses processes and controls
Act as subject‑matter expert for payroll related questions
Ensure training for team to always be updated in relevant legislation and company agreements
Ensure collaboration with internal stakeholders and departments
Own and manage external relationships with external providers

Qualifications:
University degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field
Experience in team leadership
Hands-on experience with Swedish payroll including end-to-end processing
Knowledge of Swedish payroll related legislation & practices
Proven experience in working with digital process improvement
Proven ability to work within a complex organisational structure with several CBA´s
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
