About the Company
At Avaron, you get the security of permanent employment combined with the variety of working at different customers. We place specialists across everything from tech, IT and industry to project management and business support – and whatever the assignment, you have a consultant manager who is there for you and your development.
About the Role
ADAS features need to work reliably in complex real-world traffic, across different road types, driving behaviors, and regulatory frameworks. In this role, you will help shape how advanced driver assistance features are developed and improved for the European market by turning testing results, customer insight, and market input into clear product direction.
You will work in a cross-functional automotive environment where engineering, QA, design, and customer-facing teams need a shared view of what creates user value and what should be prioritized next. You will be close to both the product and the end-user experience, with responsibility for connecting feature intent, validation, and roadmap decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity for you if you want to influence ADAS development through a mix of product ownership, vehicle testing, customer insight, and regulatory understanding.
Job DescriptionYou identify feature gaps and performance limitations through real-world vehicle testing and turn findings into clear requirements, KPIs, and improvement actions.
You define customer-relevant ADAS use cases and structure driving scenarios with a strong focus on European regulations, infrastructure, and driving behavior.
You plan and run customer interviews and field studies to understand needs, expectations, and pain points, and translate insights into product input.
You perform market research and competitive benchmarking to identify differentiation opportunities and areas for feature improvement.
You work closely with Quality Assurance to define test scope, methods, and acceptance criteria, and to evaluate validation results.
You act as the link between stakeholders by clarifying requirements, supporting handovers, and creating a shared understanding of priorities and feature intent.
You monitor ADAS technology trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to support roadmap decisions.
You combine customer feedback, interview insights, and usage data into structured recommendations for the product roadmap.
You support cross-functional roadmap planning together with engineering, design, and marketing based on customer value, feature maturity, and validation status.
You should expect some travel as part of the role.
