About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated Software Engineer (Associate Level) for a consulting assignment within a global industrial organization. This role offers a great opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience working with enterprise-level systems in a collaborative and innovative environment.
The assignment is within a large-scale IT organization supporting critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities
Support development and maintenance of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems
Work with Java-based applications and contribute to backend development tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvements
Follow coding standards and document technical solutions
Required Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in software development (or relevant academic experience)
Basic knowledge of Java
Strong willingness to learn and grow within software engineering
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill)
Exposure to enterprise IT environments
Internship or trainee experience within software development
