About the Role
You will step into a senior HR role with broad impact across a Swedish organization and an international business line. In this position, you translate business priorities into people strategies that strengthen performance, leadership, capability, and culture. You work closely with leaders in a complex environment where local requirements, global frameworks, and day-to-day business needs all need to come together in a practical and sustainable way.
This is a hands-on and strategic role where you support both operational matters and long-term organizational development. You will guide leaders across the full HR spectrum, with a strong focus on Swedish labor law, union collaboration, change, talent, and employee experience. The role is especially interesting if you enjoy combining business understanding with senior HR advisory work in an international setting.
Job DescriptionYou turn global and local business priorities into clear people strategies, action plans, and HR initiatives.
You act as a trusted advisor to leaders in areas such as organizational effectiveness, culture, change management, and team development.
You support managers in performance matters, employee relations, development discussions, conflict management, and day-to-day HR decisions.
You lead and support consultations and negotiations with unions in line with Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
You drive workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, and capability development together with business leaders and HR colleagues.
You coordinate annual HR processes such as performance management, salary review, engagement follow-up, and talent reviews.
You support recruitment and retention efforts in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition and the business.
You conduct organizational assessments and contribute to role design, team effectiveness, and change initiatives.
You work with rehabilitation cases, work environment matters, and risk assessments together with leaders and relevant stakeholders.
You analyze HR KPIs such as turnover, absence, engagement, and competency gaps, and turn insights into recommendations for leadership.
You create and facilitate workshops and training sessions within leadership, performance, team development, and culture.
You help local teams apply global HR frameworks, programs, and policies in a way that works in the Swedish context.
RequirementsExperience working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements, including experience with MBL and LAS.
Experience collaborating with unions and representing HR in consultations and negotiations.
Ability to advise leaders across the full HR spectrum, including performance, development, employee relations, rehabilitation, and work environment matters.
Experience driving annual HR processes such as performance reviews, salary reviews, talent reviews, and engagement follow-up.
Experience with organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with workforce data, HR metrics, and dashboards.
Fluent Swedish and English.
Ability to complete the SSG Entré process and pass a mandatory drug test.
