Travelling Installation Technician Crane, Conveyor and Autostore Systems

J Gruppen is expanding its operations across Europe and the Middle East. To strengthen our international project teams, we are recruiting experienced travelling installation technicians who wish to contribute to large-scale industrial assignments on a global stage.
Our work takes our technicians across multiple markets within a single quarter — from a crane installation in Norway, to an Autostore installation in Denmark, and onwards to a conveyor build in the United States. You will become part of a close-knit, highly skilled team that delivers some of the industry's most demanding installations.

With our headquarters in Sweden and regional offices in the United States and Dubai, our primary markets are Sweden, the United States, Norway, Denmark and Finland, complemented by ongoing assignments on additional international markets. Our clients include some of the world's leading system integrators, and we are recognised for our expertise in the installation and maintenance of crane systems, conveyor lines and Autostore solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Autostore — install robotic warehouse systems for some of the world's leading e-commerce operators
• Conveyor — build conveyor and roller-line systems within automated warehouses and production facilities
• Crane — install crane and lifting systems in heavy industrial and production environments
• Provide on-site service, maintenance and troubleshooting at customer facilities
• Interpret and apply installation and fabrication drawings
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary, international teams
Candidate Profile
• A solid technical foundation within industrial, mechanical, automation, construction or related fields
• Strong practical skills and confidence in the use of hand and power tools
• Comfortable performing work at heights
• Proficiency in English at B1 level or above (Swedish is considered an asset)
• Valid category B driving licence (C and CE are considered an asset)
• Genuine willingness to travel both nationally and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in industrial installation, crane, conveyor or Autostore projects
• Relevant certifications such as forklift, aerial work platform, hot work or welding
• Registered tax number in Sweden, Norway or Finland
