Accounting Assistant – Bygghemma, Malmö

About the role As an Accounting Assistant, you will play an important role in our finance team, working with supplier ledger processes in a high-volume environment. You will handle invoices, resolve discrepancies, and communicate with suppliers – while contributing to improving how we work.
Your main responsibilities:
Invoice matching and invoice flow management
Analyzing discrepancies and handling reminders
Supplier communication
Managing finance inbox and error logs
Supporting refunds and additional invoicing
We believe you:
Are detail-oriented, structured, and responsible
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving
Have strong system skills and communicate fluently in Swedish and English
Have experience in finance or administration (a plus)
Experience of Microsoft 365
Are a teamplayer
