At Pazzo, we aim to offer our guests a break from everyday life - a small window into the food culture of Italy and France.
All our food is made from scratch, with respect for ingredients, passion, and attention to detail. Our inspiration comes from small bistros in Paris and traditional trattorias in Tuscany, where food is about both taste and atmosphere.
We are located in Skien city center, a lively summer destination surrounded by fjords, coastline, and mountains.
We hire skilled, passionate, and motivated chefs. We only hire residents of the European Union.
We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and experienced chef.
Tasks:
- Preparation and production of dishes from our à la carte menu
- Ensure high quality in taste and presentation
- Work efficiently during service
- Maintain cleanliness and structure in the kitchen
- Contribute to a positive working environment
Qualifications:
- Experience from similar concepts
- Good cooking skills
- Experience with pasta and pizza is an advantage
- Fluent English
Personal characteristics:
- Passionate about food
- Structured and reliable
- Able to work under pressure
- Team-oriented
- Flexible
Hours of work, Around 160 hours - Normally more during the summer season (180 hours +/-)
Start date , After agreement, but we would like:
- Start: 1 June 2026 Or after agreement
Salary, Approx 3,500 - 3,900 ? / month
Salary based on experience
We offer:
