Join our client’s eCom Experience team, where your analytical skills will shape strategic initiatives. We seek a curious, proactive individual who can turn data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and business growth.
About the role
We are looking for a Analytics Specialist on behalf of our client. The assignment is full-time, starting as soon as possible, and will initially run for six months with the possibility of extension.
Work tasks
As an Analytics Specialist in the eCom Experience team, you will play a key role in analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on e-commerce and CRM data to support strategic business decisions, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities. You will work closely with the eCom Analytics & Insights Manager to transform complex data into actionable insights that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
The role combines hands-on analytics, reporting, dashboard creation, and web tracking expertise, including setting up new tracking solutions, maintaining existing implementations, and troubleshooting analytics issues. You will monitor KPIs, analyze campaign and customer performance, conduct deeper business analyses, and support A/B testing and optimization initiatives.
We are looking for
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, as it is used in daily work
A post-secondary education in E-commerce, Economics, Business Marketing or another field we consider equivalent
Basic knowledge in Excel
Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and/or Looker Studio
It is meritorious if you have:
Strong understanding of web tracking, cookies, and GTM
Experience working in an e-commerce environment
