About the Role
You will take a key role in creating a unified login experience for external users in a modern digital environment. The goal is to enable customers and agents to sign in once and access the applications they already use without repeated logins. To make that work, you will help shape an IAM setup that supports both immediate needs and a broader company-wide model for external identities.
This role combines strategy, process design, and hands-on implementation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to turn requirements into a reliable solution built on Microsoft Entra External ID. It is a strong opportunity if you enjoy connecting business needs, user experience, and architecture in a role with visible impact.
Job DescriptionYou will review the current IAM setup and identify what is needed to support external users in a scalable way.
You will map stakeholders and gather business, technical, and process requirements across teams.
You will define use cases and help align the IAM strategy with both current and future needs.
You will design processes for access requests, approvals, and administrative control.
You will help define how the IAM solution should be operated in practice.
You will align the IAM architecture with existing platforms and ways of working.
You will set up Microsoft Entra External ID and make it work for the first concrete use cases, including the customer portal and a schedules application.
You will collaborate closely with IAM specialists, architects, the technical foundation team, and teams focused on customer experience and interaction.
RequirementsStrong business analysis skills with the ability to capture business, technical, and process requirements
Experience in stakeholder management
Experience in process design
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure capabilities
Hands-on experience in identity and access management
Experience with Microsoft Entra External ID
Ability to work independently and take technical ownership
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Fluent English
Nice to haveExperience designing processes for access requests, approvals, and administrative control
Experience with customer portals
Experience in service design
Experience in development and architecture
