Your Mission:
As an Operational Procurement Officer, you'll play a critical role in keeping our aircraft operational 24/7 by managing spare parts procurement with precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient procurement/repair of high-value aircraft parts.
Source vendors, negotiate effectively, and recommend the best offers.
Process warranty claims and maintain optimal stock levels across locations.
Stay updated on airworthiness regulations and reduce unnecessary costs.
Your Skills and Expertise:
Education in Logistics/Supply Chain.
Strong negotiation and quick sourcing abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Knowledge of purchasing, repairing, shipping, and warranty administration.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Experience of procuring aviation spare parts, knowledge about aviation supplies and the market is required for this role.
Preferred Experience:
Hands-on expertise with Envision, MRO-based ERP systems, and aviation supply procurement.
Swedish language skills are an advantage

As this role involves a security-classified area, passing a background check is mandatory.
