If you share our passion but don’t meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You might be the perfect fit for this role, or another as we grow.
At Stegra, we’re not just building a plant, we’re proving that sustainable industry is possible. And to do that, we need people like you.
Join a team where safety comes first. Where we support each other, learn as we go, and make space for everyone to grow and contribute. This is your chance to be part of something big - while being closer to nature and leading a balanced, purposeful life.
Cash Flow Analyst
As we scale one of the most ambitious industrial projects in Europe, we’re now looking for a Cash Flow Forecasting Analyst who wants to play an important role in how we plan, steer, and deliver our project.
In this role, you will own the short-term cash flow forecasting process across our construction activities. You will work closely with teams across project delivery, procurement, finance, and treasury, turning complex inputs into clear, reliable insights that drive decision-making.
As the project evolves, this role also offers the opportunity to transition into an operational cash flow role, supporting the business beyond the construction phase.
What you’ll do
Own and continuously improve our rolling 13-week cash flow forecast across multiple construction areas

Partner with stakeholders across the project (EPCM, cost leads, procurement, contract managers, accounts payable, and suppliers) to gather, challenge, and validate inputs

Translate contracts, payment terms, and project progress into clear cash flow projections

Track actual vs forecasted cash flow and explain key movements and risks

Identify upcoming shifts in cash demand and proactively flag risks and opportunities

Build and develop robust, scalable cash flow models in Excel

Turn data into clear decision-making material for stakeholders across the organisation

Contribute to reporting towards project leadership and group treasury

Improve how we collect, structure, and use financial data across the project

Who you are
We believe you are someone who combines analytical sharpness with strong drive and curiosity.

You have a relevant background within finance, controlling, or similar (experience is important, but we value the right mindset just as highly)

You are highly skilled in Excel and comfortable building models and working with large datasets

You have the ability to translate data into clear insights and decision support for different stakeholders

You are used to working in complex, project-based environments

But more importantly, you are:

Structured and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership for accuracy

Someone with confidence and integrity - you don’t just accept inputs, you challenge and ask why

Proactive and outgoing in your communication; you enjoy reaching out, building relationships, and solving problems together with others

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and incomplete information, while still delivering reliable outputs

A problem-solver who keeps things moving forward, even when it’s not straightforward

Why Stegra?
At Stegra, you’ll be part of a team with a clear mission: to accelerate the transition to sustainable industry.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where:

Your work has real, visible impact on a large-scale project

You are trusted with ownership and responsibility from day one

You get to shape both processes and ways of working

You have the opportunity to grow into future roles as the company scales
