Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Embedded Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced life science instruments.
What You Will Work On
Develop embedded software for advanced laboratory and industrial instruments
Work across the full development lifecycle (design, implementation, testing, documentation)
Develop and maintain drivers, HAL, and BSP layers
Configure and develop on MCU platforms (STM32, Renesas) using tools like CubeMX
Implement bare-metal and RTOS-based solutions
Work with real-time systems in safety-critical environments
Collaborate with automation and cross-functional engineering teams
Ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code
What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Embedded Software, Electronics, or related field
Minimum 3+ years of experience in embedded software development
Experience working with laboratory or industrial instruments
Strong experience in:
Bare-metal and RTOS-based development
Real-time and time-critical systems
MCU platforms (STM32, Renesas)
Driver, HAL, and BSP development
Experience developing applications close to hardware
Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
