Husqvarna Fleet Services allows professional users to be in control of their connected Husqvarna products, such as product batteries, brush cutters, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, concrete cutters, chainsaws, ride on mowers and robotic mowers and more.
We are the team responsible for developing and operating the Husqvarna Fleet services with apps and web allowing users to monitor and control their connected products. We work in focused and agile teams with exciting technology in many different engineering fields. We solve complex problems together with highly skilled colleagues from other disciplines while contributing to making the world a little bit more sustainable.
We are looking for a System Tester and Connected Products Specialist to join our team. We are today 20 people, with System Engineers, Software Developers, Test Engineers, Software Architects, etc.
Role Description
You will be responsible for two closely related areas. As a System Tester, you work in an agile squad together with developers and other team members, contributing to daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and shared goals. You test new features, changes, and integrations with connected products to ensure they meet quality standards, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate closely with developers, system engineers, and other teams.
As a Connected Products Specialist, you support the full ecosystem of connected products and Husqvarna Fleet Services. This includes key account customer support covering both digital services and connectivity, close collaboration with R&D teams to ensure proper integration, and participation in training users, sales staff, and dealers in Husqvarna Fleet Services and connected products.
Your profile
A strong testing and quality mindset is essential, along with an understanding of the value of thorough testing. The role requires an analytical, goal‑oriented approach and the ability to see both technical details and the bigger picture, including customer needs. Curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies together with colleagues are important, as is an interest in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Clear documentation and communication of test results and bug reports, both written and verbal, are key to ensuring shared understanding. You have;
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in professional development teams
E2E systems or IoT connected systems testing
Tools and methods for system and software testing and logs and root cause analysis
Work in systems or product development teams using agile ways of working, preferably for digital services DevOps
Education towards testing, IT, software development or similar, university or YH level, or ISTQB Foundation certification, or equivalent experience
Meritorious qualifications:
Azure DevOps, Jira, or other ticket system experience
Drivers license
Experience with products for forest and garden maintenance, such as chainsaws etc.
Location
Our team is based in Huskvarna, where we believe in the value of working closely together. While some flexibility exists, we aim for on-site presence, as collaboration is at the heart of how we work.
