About the Role
This role will support 2 categories (Continence Care and Baby Care), as well as the central functions in PC (Communications, Legal and Finance). In addition, the role will be the point of contact for all the HR Centres of Excellence to coordinate across the PC HR team.
This role reports to the Vice President HR Personal Care.
What You Will Do
Provide professional HR business partner support, translating the business plan into an HR plan, ensuring execution through senior leaders or People Experience.
Act as speaking partner driving organizational design and efficiency, Hr insights, people and talent development including workforce and skill planning, succession planning, performance management, learning and leadership plans, retention and attraction planning including rewarding based on corporate hr policies and processes
Lead global projects at business or HR level
Act as speaking partner to Global HR Centres of Excellence and support in delivering global HR processes, initiatives and projects such as WFP, Skills planning, C&B, and so on.
Supports Personal Care management in team and/or individual/organisational development providing leadership and coaching support
Leads and facilitates Business Unit / global projects as assigned by BU VP HR.
Who You Are
You possess a university Degree in Human Resources or equivalent with relevant practice.
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting innovation, category management and broader marketing; exposure to Central Functions is an advantage.
Background in a Centre of Excellence (DEI, Talent Acquisition, C&B, and/or Leadership & Learning), leading HR COE projects.
Proven end-to-end capability in people development (talent development, skills development, workforce planning) as a Business Partner within a Business Unit.
Business acumen, with the ability to understand commercial drivers and tailor HR priorities to support business outcomes.
Confident in change management, able to lead stakeholders through transformation and sustain adoption with clear communication and practical plans.
Skilled at turning HR analytics into actionable recommendations and a clear story that supports business decisions.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
