Assignment Description
We are seeking a specialist within Software Configuration and signaling systems to support development and delivery of safety-critical railway solutions.
What You Will Work On
Configure and customize interlocking (ställverk) software
Adapt generic applications into site-specific system solutions
Manage system changes, upgrades, and replacements
Collaborate with software, hardware, and signaling teams
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Participate in safety assessments and external reviews
Drive improvements in configuration processes and workflows
Contribute to automation and AI initiatives for efficiency gains
Work across multiple parallel projects in complex environments

What You Bring
Strong experience in software configuration or similar system-oriented roles
Experience within signaling systems, interlocking systems, or railway environments
Ability to quickly understand and contribute in complex technical contexts
Strong capability to translate requirements into technical implementations
Experience working in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams
Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and priorities
Excellent communication skills in Swedish (spoken and written)
Self-driven, structured, and confident in a specialist role
