WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you will be responsible for the performance and development of business processes. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure that our processes are aligned with business priorities and support both current operations and future capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the direction and prioritization of your responsibility area in close collaboration with Product Managers.
Own and evolve business processes to deliver efficient and scalable ways of working that produce more results.
Ensure the business process perspective is reflected in the value stream roadmap.
Monitor business and process performance and drive continuous improvements.
Identify and implement practical innovations that enhance operational impact.
Manage change activities including communication, impact assessments and training.
Assess organizational needs and lead execution across teams and functions.
Develop initiatives to maintain high levels of employee engagement and motivation.
Lead the field and build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven ability to lead change and deliver sustainable results. With a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, you build trust and engagement across the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you also have:
Solid experience in business process development and transformation within supply planning field.
Operational experience from Inventory Optimization in regions is a big plus.
Strong understanding of change management and stakeholder engagement.
High level of strategic and analytical skills
Ability to translate strategic direction into actionable process improvements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a clear and structured approach.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
