Assignment Description
We are seeking an experienced IS Project Manager
What You Will Work On
Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new ServiceNow instance (greenfield)
Define project scope, governance structures, timelines, and budgets
Plan and track milestones across all phases (initiation, design, build, testing, deployment)
Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, testers, IT support, and external partners
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes
Drive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and decision-making forums
Oversee testing, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support
Ensure smooth transition and handover to IT operations
Close the project with documentation, financial reconciliation, and lessons learned
What You Bring
5+ years of experience as an IT/IS Project Manager
Proven track record of leading full lifecycle IT implementation projects
Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience (greenfield preferred)
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, PPM)
Experience working with structured project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)
Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or ServiceNow CPM)
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
