Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into PLM solutions bringing value to the business
• Lead or support PLM maintenance, upgrade, and integration initiatives
• Drive requirements management, solution design, and architectural decision-making
• Ensure integration of PLM with surrounding systems (ERP, MES, CAD, simulation)
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. AS/EN9100, ITAR, export control)
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and architectural guidance
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a PLM Solution Architect, PLM Consultant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with one or more major PLM platforms (for example: Teamcenter, NX, SMW, SC3D, TCRA, TC Quality).
• Experience in configuration and architecture of servers and performance for multi-site environments
• Solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management concepts, Configuration & change management, Requirements management and Product structures and BOM
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Meriting:
• Experience within Aerospace & Defense or other regulated industries
• Knowledge of MBSE, CAD integrations, or enterprise architecture frameworks
