Join our independent Risk function, where you will report directly to Chief Risk Officer and get to work closely with an experienced team to quickly develop your analytical skill set across a range of risk topics.
Get an idea of the role
As a Risk Analyst, you will support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of risks and risk data, while gaining hands-on insight into how a bank manages risk in practice. You will also contribute to ensuring that the Bank operates within its risk appetite and in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in risk management.
Some of your main tasks will include:
Support the identification and analysis of financial and non-financial risks across the Bank.
Assist in the monitoring and reporting of key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk metrics.
Contribute to risk assessments, reviews, and analyses within assigned risk areas.
Support the preparation of risk reports and presentations for senior management and relevant Board committees.
Assist in following up on identified risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
Support the maintenance and development of risk documentation, methodologies, and frameworks.
Participate in ongoing risk projects and initiatives, including process improvements and system enhancements.
Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other functions and business areas to support effective risk management practices.

We believe you bring:
At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role, preferably from the financial sector
A degree in finance, financial economics, statistics, engineering or a relevant field
Knowledge of performing quantitative calculations and working with data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent is required, and knowledge of SQL, R, Python, or similar tools is a plus
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
