Role summary
We are looking for a Project Deployment Leader to join our Operations function in Stockholm. In this role, you will lead and coordinate multi‑category product projects that support commercial activities across several markets. You will be responsible for driving projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, cost efficiency, and strong stakeholder alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
This is a hands‑on role where structured project management, stakeholder collaboration, and clear communication are key to success.
Your day to day
In this role, you will:
Plan, execute, and manage assigned product projects, ensuring delivery according to agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines
Drive the end‑to‑end Project Management process and apply best practices to ensure successful project outcomes
Coordinate Product Commercialization projects, including product maintenance and source change activities
Collaborate with regional and local operations functions such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, QA, and Production to support development and launch of new goods
Ensure continuity of supply, minimal losses, and optimal cost throughout project execution
Communicate project scope, requirements, milestones, and risks clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Lead project execution processes, provide regular status updates, and ensure readiness of product specifications to enable timely production and deliveries
Who you are
We believe you have:
A university degree
At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, and/or supply chain
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong system knowledge, with experience in Product Lifecycle Management and handling large volumes of data
Proven stakeholder management and crisis management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An agile, collaborative mindset, you are a team player, customer‑oriented, quick to learn, and comfortable navigating complexity
