Who you are
Do you get a kick out of turning messy data into clean decisions, and clunky processes into systems that just work? As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you will help run the operating system that keeps us moving forward— the integrity of our CRM, the quality of our reporting, and the insights that give Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success the confidence to move fast.
You'll join a small but ambitious and innovative RevOps team, working alongside a Head of RevOps and a dedicated GTM Engineer. We're looking for sharp analytical thinking, a love of clean data, and the rigour to build things properly the first time.
What you'll do
CRM ownership & optimisation: Keep Salesforce humming as our single source of truth — troubleshooting and building the automations that remove friction.
Systems & stack: Own the day-to-day health of our modern (and fast-evolving) GTM tool stack. Keep integrations running smoothly and experiment with new features and functionality.
AI-powered revenue motions: Identify, build, and scale AI solutions that power our revenue motions. Partner with our GTM Engineer to prototype and deploy tools that give Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and CS a competitive edge.
Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, revenue forecasting, and key performance indicators. Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership.
Process improvement: Spot friction, gaps, and inefficiencies across GTM, then design and roll out fixes in close collaboration with enablement and GTM leadership.
Enablement: Champion adoption of new processes and translate the technical for non-technical teams. Train people to use our tools correctly so the data we rely on stays clean.
Skills and requirements
Experience: 2+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations within SaaS (or similar), with a track record of managing GTM processes and tooling.
Salesforce admin: Hands-on Salesforce admin experience. Bonus points for sales engagement platforms, data enrichment tools, and workflow automation.
Problem solver: You enjoy working through a problem in a complicated system and identifying the best solution.
Organised & detail-oriented: You close the loop, document your work, and leave things better than you found them.
Analytical mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, surface trends, and turn them into insights.
Collaborative: Team-first mindset and a clear communicator across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
Curious & innovative: You stay ahead of emerging tools and trends, especially in AI, and bring a creative, experimental mindset to how we run and improve our revenue engine.
