Ascade is a Swedish subsidiary of the US company CSG, a provider of software and services in the digital age. Assure is a market-leading quality testing solution for international phone calls. It is used by over 150 mobile operators and carriers worldwide. The service is powered by a test network which covers 500 mobile networks.
We are looking for a versatile person with basic technical and excellent administrative skills, and who likes working with people. This junior position in Sweden is needed to work with Assure hardware device assembly, packing and shipping.
What the role involves:
Monitoring test network devices and troubleshooting issues
Coordinating with global partners via email and phone
Preparing hardware and managing shipping processes
Supporting SIM card management
Handling customer and internal support tickets
What we’re looking for:
High School / Upper Secondary School Graduate
Curious, reliable, and eager to learn
Interest in IT, networks, or telecom
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to handle both technical and administrative tasks
