As an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company, you will work closely with 1-2 of our partners, whose day depends on your ability to prioritize, find solutions and make proposals.
Throughout your day, you will collaborate with many different stakeholders both locally and internationally, participate in network-building activities and assist in organizing events.
You will be part of a team who mentor each other on a daily basis, work together on projects and act as backup for each other. Your team is the center of a wide range of activities and initiatives, as well as an invaluable source of knowledge and connectivity.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will proactively manage your partner's calendar, travel plans, handle enquiries and prioritize emails to ensure efficient use of resources and time. You will have to navigate between strategic planning and urgent tasks in an ever-changing day. In addition, you will help prepare and ensure the quality of presentations and other materials.
You will have the opportunity to shape your role and create your own tasks. We encourage pursuing new ideas, and there are plenty of opportunities to join already existing projects and committees.
PROFILE OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Previous experience: 2+ years of experience from a support function where you have had to structure and coordinate many enquiries and solve complicated logistics
Proficient in making independent decisions while also being a strong team collaborator
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
A natural networker with a talent for building professional relationships.
Analytical and creative problem-solver with strong intercultural understanding
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Fluent level language skills in English
