Assignment Description
We are looking for a Production Technician specializing in assembly processes to support and enhance manufacturing operations.
What You Will Work On
Improve and optimize assembly and production processes
Analyze production flows to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
Monitor and follow up on production costs and performance
Ensure product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards
Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and process documentation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction activities
Optimize resource utilization within production
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams
Support implementation of Lean manufacturing practices
What You Bring
Post-secondary education in engineering or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in production environments
At least 3 years in a technical or supervisory/lead role
Experience with Lean tools such as 5S, VSM, Kaizen, SMED, or Poka-Yoke
Knowledge of OEE systems and production performance tracking
Experience working in project-based environments
Basic understanding of automation in manufacturing
Strong analytical skills with a holistic view of production systems
Ability to collaborate across functions and drive improvements
