Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to deliver strategic and operational HR support. This role is integral to aligning human resource practices with business goals while fostering a high-performance and engaged work environment.
A significant aspect of this assignment involves leadership coaching and development. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing a structured coaching initiative aimed at strengthening leadership effectiveness and cultivating a coaching-oriented culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Manage and drive essential HR processes including performance evaluations, talent assessments, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
Ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational growth.
Business Partnership & Advisory:
Collaborate closely with business leaders to provide expert guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
Act as a trusted consultant on employee engagement and performance-related matters.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and enhance overall HR impact and efficiency.
Leadership Coaching & Development:
Contribute to the design and execution of coaching frameworks and programs as part of an HR-led initiative.
Enable leaders through coaching, mentoring, and structured development approaches to enhance leadership capability.
Organizational Development & Transformation:
Support change initiatives by implementing people-focused strategies in a structured and transparent manner.
Facilitate communication and guide managers in handling complex employee-related situations.
Required Experience:
8–10 years of comprehensive HR experience, including strong exposure to HR Business Partnering.
Proven expertise in leadership coaching and development initiatives.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
