Senior Services Remote Sales Representative – Sweden

We are looking for a Senior Services Remote Sales Representative within Digital Energy, building automation, and digital services to strengthen our Services Remote Sales organization in Sweden.
As a Senior Services Remote Sales Representative, you drive Services sales activities primarily through remote interactions, leveraging Schneider Electric’s tools and digital channels. You develop the Services business from the installed base by driving contract renewals, modernizations, converting leads, and supporting Sales & Marketing campaigns. You operate as an individual contributor, exercising autonomy and professional judgment within documented policies and procedures.
What will you do?
Drive Services sales primarily through remote channels such as calls, virtual meetings and other digital platforms
Develop and grow Services business within the installed base with focus on renewals and expansion
Convert inbound and outbound leads and support Sales & Marketing campaigns
Manage pipeline, forecasting and customer engagement using Schneider Electric CRM and Remote Sales tools
Collaborate closely with technical specialists, service and project managers and other internal stakeholders
What will make you successful?
Several years of experience in sales, preferably within services, solutions or technical environments
Strong understanding of remote sales approaches and customer relationship management
Experience working with CRM tools and solid general IT skills
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, written and verbal
Ability to prioritize work independently and deliver results
Previous experience in working with tenders, calculations and quotations and/or experience from operation and maintenance within building automation gives extra merit.
