The function operates in a complex, global environment with strong interdependencies between central teams and regional operations. Within Global Aftersales, the Strategy & Transformation team acts as a catalyst for change – driving strategic initiatives, leading transformation projects, and supporting the organization in developing new processes, ways of working, and operational standards. The team works closely with stakeholders across regions, functions, and management levels, combining strategic perspective with hands‑on execution to turn ambition into reality.
About the role
As Strategy & Transformation Manager, you will drive and execute strategic initiatives and workstreams within the Global Aftersales organization. The role is strongly execution‑focused and combines project leadership, change management, and analytical problem‑solving in a global context.
You will lead cross‑functional projects from definition to implementation, develop and roll out new processes and standards, and ensure adoption across regions. Acting as an internal change agent, you will work closely with stakeholders at multiple levels, translating strategic direction into practical, value‑creating outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Project‑manage cross‑functional strategic initiatives and workstreams within Global Aftersales
Drive implementation, adoption, and alignment of new processes, systems, and ways of working across regions
Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, roadmaps, and operational standards
Conduct proactive business and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support decision‑making
Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence without formal authority
Monitor outcomes and ensure successful execution and sustainable change
About you
Desired skills, qualifications, and experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with demonstrated expertise in project management and strategic planning
Deep functional knowledge in project management methodologies and Aftersales operations
Significant organizational knowledge with experience working across multiple business areas and understanding of cross-functional dependencies
Fluent in English, written and spoken (Swedish is a plus, not a requirement)
Personal attributes that fit the role
A hands‑on “doer” with strong drive and execution focus
Influential and communicative, with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences
Structured, yet comfortable navigating ambiguity and unclear parameters
Solution‑oriented, proactive, and curious – you seek out answers and move things forward
Strong relationship‑builder with a collaborative mindset and change leadership capability
What we offer
A key role in shaping the future of Global Aftersales within a global organization
High exposure to strategic initiatives and senior stakeholders
A dynamic, international working environment with significant room for impact and development
