About the Assignment
You will join a well-established social sustainability environment within a global industrial organization that has worked with responsible sourcing and human rights for many years. The assignment is centered on turning ambitious sustainability commitments into structured, practical delivery across functions and geographies.
As new regulations increase the need for systematic, recurring, and well-documented due diligence, you will help strengthen policies, processes, and action plans within Social Sustainability. You will work closely with the social sustainability team and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, supporting both day-to-day coordination and longer-term roadmap execution.

Job DescriptionYou will coordinate and drive a structured program based on existing roadmaps, initiatives, processes, and activities within Social Sustainability.
You will contribute to developing, detailing, and updating roadmaps connected to the broader sustainability framework.
You will coordinate and follow up contributions, activities, and progress across functions and geographies.
You will support internal and external sustainability reporting, including work related to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index and preparation for CSRD reporting.
You will support planning and execution of key parts of Human Rights Due Diligence, including risk assessments, action planning, and updates of policies and practices.
You will support parts of the Responsible Sourcing Program, including management related to brand licensing.
You will prepare presentations and decision material for stakeholders and leadership.
You will plan, structure, and facilitate meetings that move the work forward.
RequirementsExperience in project or program management.
Knowledge and experience of working with Social Sustainability.
Experience with Human Rights Due Diligence.
Experience in Responsible Sourcing and supply chain-related sustainability work.
Experience with sustainability reporting and CSRD-related work.
Strong skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and CoPilot.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
You are comfortable structuring projects, programs, and tasks, and you have the ability to follow through.
You have a collaborative and analytical way of working, with a focus on both results and people.
Nice to haveSwedish language skills.
Mandarin language skills.
Portuguese language skills.
