Job Description
We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to support major industrial initiatives within Robotics. The assignment includes responsibility for sub‑projects within the Campus Robotics program as well as other factory‑related projects, such as the introduction of new products into production. This role is central to the development and transformation of future manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities:
As Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate sub‑projects connected to production development, factory relocation activities, and industrialization of new products. You will work with cross‑functional teams consisting of internal specialists from various technical disciplines, as well as consultants engaged for specific tasks.
Your responsibilities include planning, execution, follow‑up, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment with other sub‑projects and the line organization. The role is based in Västerås, with regular interaction with global Robotics teams.
Technical & Operational Scope
The projects span the entire production flow, including:
External and internal logistic
Assembly
Painting
Testing and verification
Quality assurance
Production relocation and industrialization
Introduction of new products into manufacturing
You will typically manage 2–3 projects in parallel, each with a duration of 1–2.5 years. Project teams consist of 4–10 members, and most industrial projects fall within a value range of SEK 20–30 million.
